Pink Ruler Snap Clip Cover Feltie

Felties are embroidered on a high-quality vinyl and backed with Olyfun. Feltie is approximately 2 inches. Felties can be used to embellish bows, badge reels, clips and scrapbooking.

Felties come 2 ways. 1 single feltie that you will need to trim and a sheet of 4. Sheets are 4 untrimmed felties. 

These will also fit a 2 inch snap clip. You will have to cut a slit in the back to slide in snap clip
